Georgina Charlesworth, Chris Fox, Emily Paremain, Debra Gingell and Clare Hammerton attended the NIHR HealthTech Research Centres (HRC) Network flagship industry event on 12th November 2025 at the Science Gallery, London.

Dr Clare Hammerton (SPIN-D Co-production and People and Carer Involvement Lead) said this:
The conference provided a unique opportunity for us to connect with industry, regulators, and support organisations around Brain Health. It specifically enabled SPIN-D to share their co-production and involvement approach and to inspire thinking, and share knowledge about our leadership and budgeting structures, to involve the perspectives and experiences of people living with dementia and carers, through all of our network activities and actions.
The event was hosted by the NIHR HealthTech Research Centre in Brain Health (KCL & South London and Maudsley NHS Foundation Trust) at the Science Gallery London. The HRC supports new technologies to reduce the impact of dementia on society.
The event was organised in conjunction with:
NIHR HealthTech Research Centre in Brain Injury (Cambridge);
NIHR HealthTech Research Centre in Sustainable Innovation (Devon);
MindTech (NIHR HealthTech Research Centre Mental Health) (Nottingham);
Devices for Dignity: The NIHR HealthTech Research Centre in long term conditions (Sheffield);
and SPIN-Dementia Network Plus.
