Bettina Wallace a I am 71 years old mother of 3 and grandmother of 5. I have been volunteering for many years on issues which are close to my heart to ensure that the voice of the African Caribbean community is not left out of meaningful engagement and consultations. I currently work as a casual researcher for The University of Nottingham looking at how dementia affects people from the African Caribbean Communities and the lack of culturally appropriate services.

I also volunteer with the British Heart Foundation and am a PPIE member of Cancer Research UK.
