I am a 77-year-old retired engineer and management consultant working in many industries. I was the sole carer for my wife, who lived with mixed dementia, an experience that has given me valuable personal insight into the challenges faced by people living with dementia and their families.

Despite living with mobility-related disabilities myself, I have remained actively involved in supporting dementia research and innovation. I have worked with several universities and charities on dementia-related projects, contributing my lived experience to help improve understanding, care, and support for others.
